Fees for individual, couple and family therapy in our Calgary office are based on the fee structure set by the Psychologists Association of Alberta. Rates for 2009 are $175 per 60-minute hour. There is no added fee for additional persons participating in the sessions. Pre-paid packages of 5 sessions are available at $160 per hour.
While payment is expected at the time of the session (VISA and MASTERCARD accepted), most extended health care plans provide coverage for registered psychologists. Please check with your insurer to confirm your policy provisions.
Group programs are offered through the Calgary office at $1000 for the 5-part series. Interested in a virtual group? Fees may vary depending on program scope. Please contact us for costs and technology requirements.
Distance Counselling Services and Quick Consults are billed in 15 minute increments based on an hourly rate of $100. Recent studies indicate that many persons find they are able to focus more clearly without the distractions that may be present in office sessions. Client outcomes and satisfaction have proved comparable to face-to-face counselling. If cost savings, travel time, and convenience are important considerations in your choice of service delivery, we will provide instructions in our initial contact with you to assure your confidentiality.
Coaching contracts are negotiated on a monthly basis, with the type of service tailored to your objectives and timeframe. Fees reflect the scope of the work contracted.
